At SCHAN Sleepers LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns (Unused Products Only)

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and not installed
  • It must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ Installed Products – Final Sale

Due to the nature of our products:

All installed sleeper units are FINAL SALE
Once a product has been installed, mounted, or used, it is non-returnable and non-refundable

This applies to all installations, including professional and self-installation.

Custom Orders

All custom-built or modified sleepers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos and a description of the issue. We will review and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Used or modified items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
