Quotes and Pricing

Final pricing may depend on product model, selected options, vehicle type and condition, installation location, applicable taxes, processing fees, additional labor, or custom work.

A quote is not final until confirmed by SCHAN Sleepers.

Orders and Payment

Orders submitted through the website are requests for purchase and installation. We do not guarantee acceptance of every order.

After receiving your order request, our team will contact you to confirm details, availability, installation timing, and payment arrangements.

Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, ACH, Credit / Debit Card, Affirm, and Cash where available.

A processing fee may apply to certain payment methods. Zelle payments may have no processing fee.

Online payment may not be completed directly on the website. If payment is required, SCHAN Sleepers will provide payment instructions or an invoice.

Installation

Most SCHAN sleeper systems and selected accessories are sold with professional installation.

Installation is included where specifically stated. We do not guarantee that every product is available for self-installation or shipping without installation.

Installation timing depends on product availability, selected options, vehicle condition, location, and scheduling availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information before installation.

Vehicle Condition and Compatibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is available, accessible, and in suitable condition for installation or service.

SCHAN Sleepers may inspect the vehicle before beginning work. If additional repairs, modifications, or preparation are required, extra charges may apply.

We reserve the right to decline installation or service if the vehicle condition creates safety, fitment, structural, or technical concerns.

Shipping and Delivery

Some products may be available only with professional installation and may not be shipped separately.

If shipping is offered, shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order cannot be fulfilled within the expected timeframe, we will contact the customer with available options.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the product, order status, custom work, and installation schedule.

Custom-built products, special-order items, and scheduled installation work may be non-refundable once production, preparation, or installation has started.
